The Course

The course is 15km long and runs along a winding and rolling road (Jalan Sungai Tekala) on the Western side of the picturesque Semenyih Dam. See the map below (click to enlarge):


It is a straight out-and-back course, with a marshalled and sign-posted u-turn at 7.5km, and no junctions to negotiate.

Here is the course profile. Please note that the elevation scale is about 15x the length scale - there are no steep hills! The largest single climb is 50m over a 740m distance = 1:14 or 7% i.e. not a lot!
